Beetroot at Subway Update:

Caught a message on Twitter from @fang reporting that Beetroot at Subway as an cost option is here to stay.

They say it’s ‘market conditions’ – is that code for market pressure? Mike calls it extortion.

Either way, for Beetroot lovers, it’s gotta be called a win to have a choice.

Subway keeps Beetrot a a cost option.

Subway keeps Beetrot a a cost option.

  1. Wow! We get beetroot every week in our veg box – and to be frank we’re getting a bit desperate – perhaps we could do Subway a deal? ;)

  2. Hey Jon, I think they need it. Bottom line is I think they just would rather not have to keep Beetroot at all. Maybe by charging us they think we won’t want it so they’ll then later be justified in saying they dropped it due to reduction in demand :)
