Hope you aren't flying off the handle too soon here!
Since I have been drafting a blog post on Cooperation vs Litigation all morning, I am in a frame of mind that says - 'how can we create a win/win out of this situation?'.

Assuming Trent's code has indeed turned up on a site with Copyright at the bottom of it:
- may not be a deliberate attempt to rip you guys off
- could provide a win/win opportunity for both parties (harder after snarky post like this)
- provides a great test case for a network of connected people to cooperate

Will talk to you later today to get some more facts before I weigh in with a response.
