Subversive Accomodation
Came across this interesting site called CanICrash? – a (blogger) community for travellers!
The idea is for bloggers to offer a couch/floor/bed or similar for any travelling bloggers to stay at. Crossed my mind could be handy for ConnectingUp2006 Conference.
This would offer anybody who is a blogger coming to CU a place to stay. Also give chance for extended pre/post conference catching up and ‘meshing‘. I might add my couch as an option. Maybe other Adelaide bloggers could follow.
Don’t forget to check the tag for ConnectingUp2006 on Technorati – Connectingup2006 or Delicious – Connectingup2006.

Great suggestion, David. We’re putting together an accommodation options list for the conference and it would be good to add this, along with all the usual risk management disclaimers that go with running events these days.

I saw your canicrash tag on technorati – and I must say – even though it is just a wiki, the global scope of the project is beyond anything I have seen..
